Kv. Alnen is a large-scale multifunctional residential development in Linköping, Sweden. The project required design of a precast concrete structural system spanning multiple interconnected building volumes of varying heights, with coordination across architectural, MEP, and facade disciplines through BIM.
Grey Gecko delivered element drawings, structural calculations, and workshop documentation for the precast manufacturer. Clash detection through the Tekla model eliminated conflicts before production, contributing to an efficient on-site erection sequence.
