Banghagen is a 19,000 m² residential complex in Stockholm delivered for Tornstaden Byggnads AB. The project required structural design of a precast concrete and steel frame across several residential buildings, with coordinated design of underground parking and podium slab elements.
Grey Gecko managed the structural BIM model from concept through to workshop drawing issue, maintaining close contact with Tornstaden's project management team and the precast manufacturer throughout the construction phase to resolve site queries efficiently.
