BELONNA

Belonna is a multifunctional residential complex in Stockholm delivered for Serneke Sverige AB on an accelerated programme. The project was completed within eight months, requiring efficient BIM-based design workflows and rapid response to contractor RFIs during the construction phase.

Grey Gecko's structural solution used a standardised precast frame with repetitive element types to simplify production and erection. The short programme was achieved through parallel design and production phases, enabled by early-stage Tekla model sharing with the precast supplier.
