Engineering Overview

Garage Väst Rinkeby Terrassen is a multi-storey precast concrete parking structure in Stockholm. The structural system uses an open-frame precast concrete skeleton with precast double-tee floor elements, designed to maximise clear span and minimise the number of internal columns.

Grey Gecko developed the complete structural package including precast element drawings, steel connection details, and ramp structure calculations. Particular attention was given to dynamic load effects from vehicle traffic and the durability requirements for an exposed parking environment.
