GLADAN

Gladan is a recent multifunctional residential complex in Stockholm, delivered for Betonmast Mälardalen AB in 2024. The project represents Grey Gecko's continued engagement with major Swedish contractors and their precast concrete construction programmes.

The structural design covers a precast concrete and steel frame across the residential buildings, with particular focus on the interface between the precast structure and the in-situ concrete ground floor slab and basement walls. Full Tekla model coordination was maintained throughout design and construction.
