Leopold is one of Grey Gecko's largest projects, a 29,000 m² multifunctional residential complex in Uppsala. Designed for Serneke Sverige AB, the project involved detailed structural engineering of a precast concrete frame with steel connections across multiple residential towers and podium levels.
The extended project duration reflects the complexity of coordinating multiple building phases and supplier deliveries. Grey Gecko managed the structural BIM model throughout, ensuring consistency of element types, connection standardisation, and compatibility with contractor schedules.
