KV. LIGNUM

Kv. Lignum is a residential complex in Stockholm, Sweden developed for 2XA Entreprenad AB. The project involved detailed structural engineering of a precast concrete frame with steel connections, designed to meet the tight urban site constraints and the contractor's construction methodology preferences.

Grey Gecko produced the full structural design package including element drawings, connection details, structural calculations and specification, coordinated with the architect's facade design through BIM model exchange. The design was completed on a fast-track schedule alongside an adjacent sister project.
