Engineering Overview

Kv. Liljekonvaljen is a 15,000 m² residential complex in Stockholm, with Skanska Sverige AB as main contractor. Grey Gecko carried out the BIM-based structural design of the precast concrete and steel frame across several building blocks, with staircase and lift-shaft cores in reinforced concrete.

Element drawings covered geometry, reinforcement, embeds, lifting points and connections, and were issued to the precast factory and the erection team. The blocks are founded on drilled piles and have precast hollow-core floors.
