Kv. Liljekonvaljen is a residential complex in Stockholm delivered for Skanska Sverige AB. The project involved full BIM-based structural design of a precast concrete and steel frame across several building blocks, with integrated staircase and elevator shaft cores designed in reinforced concrete.
Grey Gecko coordinated closely with Skanska's site team and the precast supplier to ensure element tolerances and connection details met production and erection requirements. All documentation was produced in Tekla Structures and delivered as IFC exports for model coordination.
