MILJØBYEN

Miljøbyen is a residential development located in Trondheim, Norway. The project involved detailed structural design of the precast concrete and steel frame system for a multi-storey residential block, requiring close coordination with the Norwegian precast supplier and on-site construction teams.

Grey Gecko delivered a full structural package including element layout drawings, connection details, and load calculations compliant with Eurocodes and Norwegian NS standards. The precast facade and internal load-bearing elements were optimised to reduce crane lifts and accelerate erection time on site.
