Paldiski mnt 95 is Grey Gecko's current active project in Tallinn, Estonia — a residential complex under design for Mitt & Perlebach OÜ. The project involves full structural design of the precast concrete and steel frame, as well as a detailed foundation and pile design study for the Tallinn urban subsoil conditions.
As an ongoing project, Grey Gecko is currently managing all stages from preliminary structural concept through to detailed design and workshop drawing production. The project demonstrates Grey Gecko's continued commitment to structural engineering in the Estonian market alongside their extensive Nordic portfolio.
