KV. PAPAJAN

Kv. Papajan continues Grey Gecko's longstanding collaboration with Serneke Sverige AB on residential developments in the Stockholm area. The 14,000 m² complex required structural design of a precast concrete frame with steel connections, integrated within a dense urban context with complex geometry at ground level.

The project involved detailed coordination with both the architect and MEP engineers through the shared BIM model to resolve clashes and optimise element placement. Workshop drawings were issued in coordination with Serneke's production schedule.
