PENINGLANDET

Peninglandet is a multifunctional residential development in Stockholm, delivered for Skanska Sverige AB. The project involved full structural design of a precast concrete and steel frame across multiple residential buildings, with integrated staircase and elevator shaft cores in reinforced concrete.

Grey Gecko coordinated closely with Skanska's site team and the precast supplier to ensure element tolerances and connection details met production and erection requirements. All documentation was produced in Tekla Structures and delivered as IFC exports for model coordination.
