Pyrolan is a multifunctional residential complex in Stockholm designed for Serneke Sverige AB. The structural package covered multiple residential buildings of varying height with a standardised precast concrete frame system optimised for fast production and erection.
Grey Gecko managed the full structural BIM model from concept through workshop drawing issue, maintaining close coordination with Serneke's project management and the precast manufacturer throughout the construction phase.
