Rinkeby Terrassen is a residential complex in Stockholm delivered for Totalprojekt i Mälardalen AB. The project involved structural design of a precast concrete frame with steel connections, integrated within a dense urban site with strict programme requirements.
Grey Gecko produced the full structural design package including element drawings, connection details and structural calculations, coordinated with the architect's facade design through BIM model exchange.
