Kv Södra Sarvträsk is a 21,000 m² multifunctional residential complex in Stockholm, another project in the series of collaborations between Grey Gecko and Serneke Sverige AB. The structural design covers multiple residential buildings of varying height connected by a common podium level.
The precast concrete frame was designed with a high degree of element standardisation to optimise the precast production run. Grey Gecko provided continuous support during the construction phase, responding to on-site technical queries and issuing revised drawings as required by site conditions.
