VÄSTRA ROSLAGS NÄSBY

Västra Roslags Näsby is a residential development in the Stockholm region, delivered for UPB AS Latvia as general contractor. The project involved structural design of precast concrete frames across multiple residential buildings, coordinated with the Latvian precast manufacturer's production capabilities.

Grey Gecko adapted the structural system to match UPB's standard precast element range while meeting Swedish code requirements, reducing manufacturing costs and programme risk. The design included balcony connections, stairwell elements, and facade panel attachments.
