Engineering Overview

Veereni 24 is a contemporary office building in the heart of Tallinn, Estonia. Grey Gecko was responsible for the complete structural design of the precast concrete frame and steel elements, as well as geotechnical foundation design tailored to the urban Tallinn subsoil conditions.

The structural system combines precast columns, beams, and hollow-core slab floors with a cast-in-place concrete core providing lateral stability. The foundation solution involved reinforced concrete pile caps connecting to driven precast piles, a solution selected after careful analysis of soil investigation data.
