BIM Engineering
Structural calculations, rebar schedule, shop drawings in Revit.
Foundation
Insulated raft cast on-site to ±2 mm tolerance. MEP routing below slab.
Factory Production
Panels cast in climate-controlled environment. CNC-cut steel moulds, self-consolidating concrete.
Assembly
Crane-set panels in sequence. Weathertight in 3 days. Façade, fit-out, commissioning.
