What we collect

Enquiry form: name, e-mail, phone, company, project description and attached files.

Chat assistant: the messages you write to the assistant.

Analytics: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics — only if you have given consent.

Why and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer — your consent and steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Analytics — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

To protect the chat from abuse (security check, rate limits) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Service providers

Netlify (hosting and enquiry forms), Google (Analytics only with consent; the Gemini model writes the chat assistant’s answers), Cloudflare (Turnstile security check for the chat), Upstash (rate limiting; stores only a hashed identifier, never messages).

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (USA); data is transferred under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to answer the enquiry; if a contract follows, for the period the law requires. We do not store chat messages; technical logs contain no message text.

Your rights

You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@greygecko.ee. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
